A VIP residence in Al Khor, north of Doha, finished in warm cream natural stone. Auckland delivered the whole envelope — facade cladding, a tall recessed entrance portal, panelled elevations and matching boundary walls — supplied, fabricated and installed by our own crews.

Facade and entrance portal

The elevations are clad in warm cream natural stone with a crisp cornice line, and the entrance is marked by a tall, deep recessed portal that gives the residence its presence. The consistent tone and clean coursing carry across the whole building.

Panelled detailing and boundary walls

Recessed panel work and pilaster detailing are carried from the villa onto the boundary walls, so the compound reads as one cohesive design rather than a house behind a plain wall. Every element is cut from the same stone to matching profiles.

One team, cut to fixed

Because Auckland imported, fabricated and installed the stone in-house, the residence stayed with one accountable team from material selection through to the last fixed panel — mechanically fixed with stainless steel and finished for Qatar's climate.
