Our Vision
To be the name Qatar's finest villas and palaces trust with their stone, known for engineering, craftsmanship and work that still looks new decades later.
Shaping stone in Qatar since 2011
Auckland Construction & Development was founded in Doha in 2011 by engineers Khalil Al Akhras and Karam, starting with small residential projects in Muaither. What began as a modest stone workshop grew, project by project, into one of Qatar's established names in natural-stone supply, fabrication and installation.
By 2016, marble had become a core part of the business. By 2018 we were delivering large villa and palace facades, and through 2020 we kept our sites running at full capacity. Today Auckland runs a 30-strong in-house team and a 1,000 m² fabrication factory, and has supplied and installed over 211,000 m² of stone across more than 150 projects.

Our 30-strong team is fully in-house — dedicated marble, stone and carving/décor departments led by our general foreman — so one accountable crew carries every project from the first cut to the last fixed panel.
A 1,000 m² fabrication factory
We fabricate in our own 1,000 m² workshop in Doha, running bridge saws, CNC routers and waterjet, polishing lines and edge profilers — with capacity for up to 40,000 m² of stone a month. Because sourcing, fabrication and installation are all in-house, the material you approve is the material that goes up.
Backed by a 10–15 year installation warranty
We stand behind our work with a 10 to 15 year warranty on installation, depending on the project. Stone is sourced worldwide, hand-selected for grade, and mechanically fixed to last decades in the Gulf climate.

How We Deliver Stone That Lasts
One accountable team from the first site visit to the final polish: our engineers, our factory and our installation crews are all in-house.
Engineering Consultation
Our engineers study the site, orientation and sun exposure, then specify the stone, grade, thickness, finish and fixing for every elevation.

Hand-Selected Stone
We source directly from quarries in Syria, Oman, Jordan, Turkey, Italy and Portugal, choosing dense, sound blocks and rejecting the flawed material others pass on.
See your slabs before they are cut
In-House Fabrication
Every piece is cut, CNC-carved, edge-profiled and polished in our own Doha factory, so tolerances and finish stay under our control, never outsourced.

Engineered Installation

Pre-Design Services and Consultancy
Includes engaging in discussions with the clients, architects and builders before preferences are made. We make sure that we give you only the best tips and advices in choosing the right kind of stone and tiles needed for a particular project.
Specification & Estimating
We price each project from its drawings, not from a flat rate per square metre: our engineers specify the stone, thickness, finish and fixing for every elevation, so the estimate reflects the work exactly and the full scope is delivered by one accountable team.
Shop Drawings
We always give our best to produce a very detailed and accurate layout of the project. We also provide descriptions for each material required for the implementation of the assignment.
Stone Supply and Installation
Our supplies came from both local and foreign firms. We guarantee the quality selection, delivery, schedules and importing of the required materials.
